Redemption Fire Protection provides fire protection services including, but not limited to, fire extinguisher sales, inspection, maintenance, recharging, hydrostatic testing, commercial kitchen fire suppression system installation and service, emergency exit light testing and installation, first aid kit restocking, compliance consulting, and fire safety training. All services are subject to availability and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

3. Service Agreements

Specific services may be governed by separate written service agreements, proposals, or work orders that detail the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and other terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall control with respect to those services.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are quoted on a per-job basis and may vary depending on the type of service, quantity of equipment, facility size, location, and other factors. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.
• We accept payment by check, credit card, and electronic transfer.
• Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or affect future scheduling availability.

6. Compliance and Customer Responsibilities

While we provide expert fire protection services and guidance, the property owner or manager is ultimately responsible for maintaining fire code compliance at their facility. This includes:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to all equipment requiring service
• Disclosing known hazards or conditions that may affect service delivery
• Addressing deficiencies identified during inspections within the timeframes required by applicable codes
• Maintaining records of inspections and services as required by the authority having jurisdiction

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our work. Services performed by Redemption Fire Protection are warranted to meet applicable NFPA, OSHA, and local fire code standards at the time of service. However:

• We do not guarantee that fire protection equipment will prevent all fire-related damage or injury.
• Product warranties are subject to the terms of the original manufacturer.
• Our services do not replace the need for proper fire prevention practices, employee training, and building maintenance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDEMPTION FIRE PROTECTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
